Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Andrew Fleming is a former basketball player, turned entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Pro Performance Basketball, a basketball training business that assists over 400 players of all levels. Through Pro Performance Basketball, Andrew Fleming has personally trained and mentored players ranging from elementary school athletes to those in Division 1, the NBA, and overseas professionals. Notable clients include NBA players such as Garrison Mathews, Josh Reaves, Dwayne Bacon, and Mac McClung, as well as numerous rising collegiate stars.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Andrew Fleming had notable high school and collegiate basketball achievements in the state of Tennessee, specifically in Nashville, His standout performances and leadership on the court led him to Oak Hill Academy in Virginia, one of the nation's premier basketball programs, where he finished his senior year ranked among the all-time top 25 in three-pointers made.

After his high school career, Mr. Fleming went on to play at the University of Iowa, a school in the Big Ten Conference. Subsequently, he transferred to Lipscomb University to return closer to home in Nashville, where he played a key role in Lipscomb’s historic runs, including an A-Sun Conference Championship, two NCAA Tournament appearances, and an NIT Final appearance in New York City.
